Enter the parameters as required.
For the fuel, the net calorific value is required – this is the gross calorific value on a dry basis from which the inherent moisture evaporation energy is deducted.
The fuel ash percentage must be expressed on an air dried basis.
The fuel sulphur content must be expressed on an air dried basis.
The chemical composition of the elemental oxides for the fuel ash and raw materials is on an LOI (loss on ignition) inclusive basis. I.e. the sum of the oxides and the LOI must be close to 100%.
Provision is made to use a maximum of four raw materials. If more than four raw materials want to be used, please send an email to info@cemwizards.com
Priority must be given to the various clinker parameters. Typically plants produce a raw mix to obtain a define lime saturation factor (LSF), silica modulus/ratio (SM/SR) and alumina modulus (AM). If LSF is the most important control parameter, the target value must be entered, and must get a “1” as priority.
